We’re aware of an issue where the Webex and Beauceron “Report Phishing” buttons may disappear from Outlook for users whose mailboxes are still hosted on our local Exchange server (not yet migrated to Microsoft 365).
This is due to recent Microsoft security updates that restrict how certain Outlook add-ins function in on‑premises Exchange environments. Microsoft has documented that changes to add‑in security and supported services can cause add-ins to stop appearing in Outlook
Users already on Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online are not affected, and email security itself remains fully in place.
We’re actively reviewing options and will provide updates as we have more information. In the meantime, suspected phishing emails can be forwarded to [email protected]
